Brand New VETUS Diesel engine has just recently been installed so you can expect reliable performance for many years to come. Most of you know that VETUS engines are a bit more expensive than most others but the dependability of service was felt by the owner to be well worth the additional cost! Nice to have your floating home with a trouble free propulsion system! The next photo shows a view looking forward from the companionway stairs over the galley and towards the forward V-berths. Nice deep galley sink for convenience at sea and in the harbour. Notice the good lighting and good ventilation from the opening ports. Lots of storage.

Here is "Bessie Rose" anchored in Luperon Bay in the Dominican Republic. She is patiently awaiting her new owner and patiently waiting to go back to sea! She needs a little attention but not much. A little tender love and care should do the job nicely! Reasonably priced and in a super location at the right time! It's the middle of the cruising season and time to think seriously about cruising the Caribbean. She is ready for you! Good strong stainless steel grab rails mounted topsides for your safety and protection. The owner tells me that the standing rigging was changed in 1991 and includes swageless fittings all around. Deck is firm and solid to walk on. The mast is a keel stepped Kenyon of painted aluminum as is the boom. Two Lewmar #40 cockpit winches and two Lewmar #8 winches mast mounted. Boom gallows needs to be replaced but all running rigging appears to be serviceable.
