Hello Captain and a very warm welcome to Luperon Yacht Boat and Property Sales...
My name is Gil McWhirter or better known around the Town of Luperon as Gilberto and I am Luperon Yacht Boat and Property Sales. I arrived here in Luperon Bay from Canada more than ten years ago, ended up staying and making the Town of Luperon my retirement home. However, after a period of time I found that retirement life was actually rather boring and I really needed something to do with my time. Since boating was my life what else would I want to do other than work with boats?
So, I decided to sell boats but with a new twist. I only sell boats that are situated in Luperon Bay and that is for a very specific reason. Before I will attempt to sell any boat I want to know both the boat and the boat owner personally. In this manner I can represent each boat responsibly and honestly. Therefore, each and every boat that you will find on my web site is a boat that has been inspected, photographed and presented by myself. The only exceptions are boats which are clearly marked as "For Sale by Owner" and they are boats that are represented directly by their actual owners. Any questions that a client might ask that I can not personally answer can be taken by myself to the actual owner for an answer.
My pledge to each and every client and that includes both buyers and sellers is reputable, responsible and honest representation. This is the legacy that I hope to pass on to my sons. You can count on that! I also realize there is a tremendous amount of trust and confidence required by a client purchasing a yacht via the Internet and I have a substantial number of very satisfied clients who would be more than happy to provide a reference and testify as to my personal honesty and integrity.
